Bruce is a Fractional CFO focused on serving technology startups.  He has helped to organize and fund over 200 companies, mainly in Silicon Valley, but as far afield as Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, and Saudi Arabia.  He has deep experience in venture finance and has personally inked over $90 million in startup funding.  He is an expert at building financial simulations for startups to minimize the amount of capital they need to raise.  He is highly experienced at crafting step-by-step go-to-market strategies that navigate the classic challenges facing by any startup operation.  Bruce is an entrepreneur himself.  In 1992, he founded Positive Communications, grew it to $40 million in annual sales, 450 employees, and sold over a million pagers.  Bruce holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Stanford University.
